looks like everything is going to be a month early this year

Three species I saw today that usually don’t emerge until well into april! Also, 25 salamanders migrated to the pond last night. Did it even rain? Most of them were huge females stocked with eggs.

Last night was pretty good

  We had 118 salamanders come in last night.  We just finished processing them and i will be releasing them tonight at 9PM.  If you want to see, meet me in the parking lot used for our salamander walks.
